The front desk staff have always been upbeat, friendly and understanding. My son is 4.5 years old and went in last week to have a procedure. Berlin was our nurse and she was very friendly and put him (and me!) at ease. Dr. McManus explained what was going to happen and spoke to my son using age-appropriate language and was patient with him.I recommend Toddlers to Teens and Dr. McManus.

Youngest kid (10) was accidentally kicked on mouth at school yesterday. Middle of the night her tooth fell out. We came here to make sure it was a baby tooth and no bone damage.They took us in quickly and were very friendly and thorough. Calmed this anxious Momma. We will be back with our eldest and middle kids!

Dr. McManus and his staff are amazing! My kids have always felt very comfortable there. He does great dental work and is always very helpful and informative. Takes the time to explain and doesn't rush you out!The awesome play structure in the waiting room is also a huge bonus for my kids! One of my girls also sees Dr. Wong for the healthy start program and I can't rave enough about her AND the program!Front desk staff and all assistants have always been very friendly and welcoming.5 STARS for this office... would never go anywhere else!

First time here today and we were very happy. The staff were able to keep my kiddo calm and comfortable and they did thorough check up and cleaning. We also were referred to the sleep clinic for a consult for the health start program. That is yet to come, but I really appreciate their focus on prevention of future dental issues as opposed to just acting later. We will refer family and friends here. Thanks so much!

Dentist was not accurate in their findings and pushed us to get much more work done then necessary. Dental exam area is open and noisy. Dentist would not take time to discuss pros and cons of dental surgery or talk about alternative approaches.We went to a different dentist for a second opinion, that dentist found less cavities and did not recommend surgery. We have been very happy with those results.

I am super disappointed in the work my daughter had received here in February 2022. They neglected to take xrays of her teeth, pulled a molar didn't put in a spacer and now her back molar has almost moved into the spot where the tooth was pulled, they didn't address her terrible grinding on her front teeth and should of put another cap on her back molar. We paid thousands of dollars to only have to go to another dentist and put my daughter who has extreme dental anxiety under AGAIN to fix what they did wrong... as a mother I feel so heart broken for my daughter because I trusted professionals when I really should of gone for another opinion. I will never take my daughter back here.

If only there was an option for zero stars.The dentists" here should have their licenses revoked.We were referred here by our regular dentist because my daughters molar had cracked.The correction that these "dentists" advised was to just cap the tooth

We brought young children to Toddlers and Teens for the first time. The staff and the dentist were so good. They were both professional and thoughtful of our children's experience and feelings. They took their time to make our kids feel comfortable. Thank you for making our experience a very good one. We will be back!

If I could give 10 stars I wouldVery professional and very safe , my children were so comfortable and they felt safe1st time visit for all 3 of us a.d the staff was incredibly friendly it was a fun experience for my children they had fun as for what I remember as a child I hated the dentist.This place is kid friendly I recommend this place

Went to see Dr McManus for my son’s tongue and lip tie. The staff were amazing. They were able to fit me in next day to get this done as it was affecting my baby’s breastfeeding. Dr McManus and his nurse were very friendly and explained everything to me very clearly. Dr McManus even gives you a direct phone number to reach him if there are any problems or concerns. This was so reassuring especially because my baby had the procedure just before the long weekend. I would highly recommend toddlers to teens and especially Dr. McManus and his nurse.
