Wonderful, helpful, caring people. Very patient w my elderly mother. They could have helped w her sight years before we got involved this month. Call them right when your sight begins to diminish.

Canvassers came to my house and kept asking me how much things I owned cost. They looked into my car (through the tinted windows) and commented on items inside. They said I could sign up and enter credit card details later, but then insisted I enter my credit information in front of them. The entire experience was uncountable and unnerving.

The lady called Kathleen at the Newest’s location in royal city mall is always very pleasant and helpful and I appreciate her open honesty and I’m happy that people like her are there to help people like my uncle and their families navigate all the different aspects that come with their unique personal challenges and try to help make it as easy as possible. So they may be short staffed currently and maybe things dont go as fast as what you like but to give a 1 star review like some others have done is sad . They need support not people being critical

Don’t even bother thinking of going or calling here anymore! The service is trash compared to when this office was in Joyce. Very disrespectful staff.They don’t even pickup their phone because they’re “busy” as what they say as an excuse. Can’t even leave a message.
