The Travel Inn Resort & Campground

Regular customer and I often would go there, the rooms I book just got worse over time. They don't clean up properly, the sheets were stained the place smelt filthy. Everytime I go there the cops show up, and when I told them I didn't feel comfortable staying there and wanted my refund back they only gave me half my refund when I paid for a 2 night stay. I didn't stay there and yet I couldn't get my full refund. Please go elsewhere! this place is sketchy, they don't treat their customers with respect and dignity.

Very well located in Saskatoon but the property could be better maintained. Definitely not worth the dollars spent.The room allotted to us (112) was without shower curtains and the water collected in the tub.The complimentary breakfast was nothing but bread and coffee. I have stayed in better rooms with better breakfast on offer Canada wide (with the rooms costing almost 35% less).The only saving grace was clean linen and good cozy beds.

Covid protocol's are not followed.Crack Shack, police on site checking the grounds.. which made me feel safer. rooms extremely rundown and dirty, the grounds are filthy.had a room booked for a month as they had it for $850 but left after 3 days, pictures are not representative of the rooms i received..the ratings on other sites i feel are not true and over rated

Uhmnm needs some serious I updating and work. 2nd floors must have had a lot of water damage as there were mushy soft spots down the hallways, room bed-spreads looked like the same ones that were there when i stayed there the last time in 2001. The front desk person was kind but yeah, the hotel needs a lot of work....sorry to say, but true.

FILTHY the pillow and bedding had a foul odor - everything in the room I stayed at needed to be thrown out. Did not even put a full roll of toilet paper on the dispenser.The white face-cloth were no longer white.I cleaned the remote, the cloth used to clean the remote became black from dirt.The carpet look to be the original dirty.I don't know how this hotel passed inspection

Great hotel but the wifi here is beyond horrible. I can't even do work for 2 minutes until it disconnects and won't connect for another 5 minutes

Honestly itd be a nice place if someone took care of it but no one has. The carpets are stained massively, my room wasn't even clean to start with. Dust on the head board, hand prints on the mirror, splatter on most of the walls. I even got blankets with blood stains on them and same with a towel.If they did a proper deep clean and than actually spent the 15 mins each room needs for dusting, cleaning of bathroom, making of beds and vacuum it wouldn't be a bad place to stay, but they don't.

When we checked in, our room was relatively clean and comfortable except for some bad repair work. Then we realized the toilet was plugged. We went to the desk to tell them and they handed us a plunger. Seriously? The tub was stained. The hair dryer didn't work. Despite that I would have given a better review until check out - I booked online for 3 adults. The charge was $79 plus taxes. I have the email confirming this. They charged me $96. I showed the email to the clerk. She just said no. I wasn't angry when I went in, just wanted to know why. She said it was because we had three people but I booked for three. She was rude & talked down to me. I was angry by the time I left. She was so rude. Three words of advice to the owners of the Travel Inn. Bleach, Repairs, Integrity.

The front desk worker was not very friendly. My room was supposedly a non-smoking one, but it was obvious that people had smoked in there. The carpet was stained. I found hairs in the bed. The 'clean' towels were stained. I am sorry, but this place is a dump.

When I went in to inquire about a room, the front desk person asked for I.D. which is fine. I saw him check it against a Do Not Rent" list
