As with some places the covid protocols are pretty ridiculous. Otherwise... They got us in right away during an emergency, and they threw the book at my little buddy!! Without the diligence of the Doc, my little dude certainly wouldn't have faired well. We owe the staff (particularly the Doc) a great deal of gratitude!!

Don't expect these people to actually care about your animals. Today they turned a sick dying kitten away saying it's not their problem. Nobody should give them any of their service business. Kitten got help at Cornwallis vets. Really sickening.Ps This place got so many bad reviews it looks like they tried to start over. Go to the other page and read their bad reviews before you think of taking your animal here.
