Purrdy Paws Pet Grooming Spa

Moved to Ottawa a week ago, but I needed to find a new and amazing grooming service for my two Pomskies. The fact that Purrdy Paws was incredibly close, and how great the reviews seemed - I decided to take my dogs to them!Each of the staff members were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and were genuinely excited to meet my dogs. The establishment was clean, smelled good, and had so many options with grooming type services! They even helped with daycare/walking recommendations since moving to the city! Both of my dogs looked and smelled so good after a much needed de-shedding! A few days later, and they still have a smooth coat that smells good! One standout for me was how well they trimmed their nails, trimmed the hair around their toes, and even how smooth their pads became!!I highly recommend this place, and I’m excited to bring my happy boys back to them!:)

I have a reactive dog who becomes very nervous when being groomed. He had his first visit at Purdy Paws yesterday. I was very impressed with the service which was both professional and compassionate. I am very grateful they are willing to work with my dog to help him become less fearful and reactive while being groomed. Knowing this lowers my stress levels too☺️

Love coming here my dogs have both had great experiences for nail trims & they do an excellent groom for both my double coated pups!! My only feedback is the booking form. I wish there was a way to select our own slot instead of a general time frame, as someone who’s schedule fluctuates it would be great to book individual available slots! Thanks for all you do :)

Always get my cat, Tulip, a lion cut, or nail trim for the warmer months. I appreciate the friendly service, and how well they take care of my kitty whenever they pop by with their mobile service. I'm appreciative knowing Purrdy Paws is a trusted grooming service in the Ottawa community <3

Took my anxious border collie to the bank location to get groomed and he came out looking adorable. They were great about his anxiety and checked in with me when I picked him letting me know how he did. The groomer that took care of him also checked in when I picked him up which was also great. Was just a really nice experience over all for both my dog and me.

We've taken our Golden Retriever puppy to Purrdy Paws for a bath, brush and nail trim three times now and we are very happy with the service - he looks and feels great every time.I'm also very happy to support an organization like Purrdy Paws that is committed to paying their employees a fair, livable wage. When employees are happy, it means your pets will be happy too.
