Our roof required new shingles. Y & Z Markham Roofing provided a reasonable and competitive pricing and was pleasant, straight forward, and east to do business with. Material arrived on site and work started according to schedule. Work team was always courteous, professional, and took good care of the property while on site. Great job. Completed the job in one day and provided drop cloths, new vents and garbage bin to collect nails and old roofing material. Price was very reasonable and the result was a beautiful roof as we hoped. I have no hesitation in referring the company for installation of new roofing tiles.

the company were the only company that we got the impression from that knew what they were doing and cared about their customers. Their quote was very reasonable compared to the other companies too. Once they started work on the roof, they were done very quickly. I wanted to wait until it actually rained to write this review and I'm happy to report that there's been no leaking anywhere.
