Went to get a foot long and there was a discrepancy between the total on the till and the charge on the debit machine. At first they said it was the tax and then I broke it down for them and said their totals didn’t match! When I pointed it out, $4 difference, the employee said it was MY fault. I stood there wondering if he was joking or kidding but he was dead serious. I paid but advised them that when business overcharge customers by mistake, the item is free.Super rude and took no responsibility. .If you order from there, please ensure to check your totals and what they attempt to charge on your debit card or credit card. They literally tried to steal and deflect this on to the customer!

Fast and excellent customer service. The girls are always nice to me. I want to mention that we can’t always complain about customer service, since today, the lady before me was super rude to the girls but they handled her very well. If you are having a bad day, then why are you getting mad at others. The lady asked for swiss cheese first and when the girl put the cheese on the meat and then she was asking about other type and wanted to change according to her preference and the girl politely asked if you want extra and again she yelled why would i pay extra. Still these girls served the customers with a broad smile. Highly recommend this location.

Brutal customer service, would never return. Had a coupon for a free sub and they had no idea how to complete the order and made no effort to figure it out, made it my issue. Then gave me attitude when I told her to ask someone who knows how to apply the coupon. Unbelievable. Plus the food, toppings looked like they had been sitting out for awhile, dried out and had a crust on them. The health department should be checking this place out. I would give this zero stars…

Been several times but have boycotted this location. Every single visit was met with multiple customers complaining about being skimped on the toppings and having to demand, not ask, for more.Management hovers over the sandwich artists like overwatch making sure your footlong only gets 2 pieces of spinach and 4 olives. Cheapskates and poor customer service. Go literally anywhere else.

Customer ordered footlong and the lady start to make sandwich in 6 inch she put all ham slices then switch to footlong and return the 6 inch again on the shelf . So disappointed and disgusting ,how if other customers don’t eat ham and she serves them same 6 inch .

Super rude people in that store, went in to grab some food and they were super rude off the start telling to hurry up with my order. I asked for the girls name and they refused to give me their name and managers phone number. Would not recommend coming here, had a word with the manger and was told he’d reach back to me and never did.

We got a roast beef and turkey sub. She put like 3 pieces of meat in both sandwiches.... You are saving a dime but loosing a customer.... We paid 15 dollars for 2 veggie subs.

Put very few toppings on my sub, wasn't friendly, seemed rushed but I was the only one there, and no napkins in the bag. Subway has gone downhill
