Great team Sandra and Magda got me to have well rested sleep after 3 months of suffering waiting on a CPAP unit. Magda set up the unit and it has been hassle free from the moment I brought it home. Great sleep, well rested and no more energy drinks to stay away

The staff are phenomenal, Sandra and Magda went above and beyond to make sure my mask was the right mask for me. They helped me coordinate my prescription and took care of all of the paperwork with the government. I cannot stress enough how helpful they are. The only reason the I am giving 4/5 and not 5/5 is because of their hours of operation. I don’t work from home so in order to go to the store I needed to leave work early. It would be better to have one day a week where after hours were available. Besides that the service was great!

My Phillips machine was recalled for some months now with no guarantee of a replacement or repair before December. I was searching online to procure a replacement as the absence of therapy started having its effect. I came across OSC. My experience with them has been positive all the way. I received callback for my message in a timely manner. All my questions/concerns were adequately and professionally addressed. I was able to pick up a new AirSense device within two days and extremely happy with it. Great service Magda and Sandra!! Two thumbs up!

I recently got a CPAP machine for my father from the Milton branch and was assisted by Sandra and Magda through the process, they navigated us thru the process very effectively and efficiently. Their professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. They explained everything to me and my dad to make the process of first time CPAP user very very easy. They guided us thru the right fit mask for my dad and he's been using it for a couple of months with no issues. I would highly recommend this branch and make best use of Sandra and Magda's awesome services.As for any one going thru Sleep Apnea I would suggest it's a life changing experience to use the CPAP machine and solve so many of health issues that rise due to lack of sound sleep. Anyone having any hesitation in using the machine should definitely give it a try as it might help you and your loved ones sleep better. (4) Grandkids of my dad used to run away when my dad used to snore around them, now they fight every night as to who will sleep with Granddad. Quite a dramatic turn we saw as a family and would highly recommend to use the CPAP machine to anyone having second thoughts.

The best customer service conceivable, to me at least. Everything was organized over the phone in 10 minutes and I picked up the machine the next day. They kept in close contact with me over the subsequent week and immediately resolved every issue. More impressively, this place actually had CPAP machines to begin with, during the tail end of the pandemic, when everywhere else had a 6-month wait.The CPAP therapy itself worked immediately, it greatly improved my quality of life and it was possibly lifesaving, in my case. I have only idiopathic central sleep apnea and I'm told CPAP works via a different mechanism from the obstructive case to treat this, so my experience receiving CPAP-therapy is possibly atypical in certain respects.
