Our new bathtub and surround are perfect. The process was painless and professional. The gentleman who first came to share the info and show us samples was wonderful. He was patient and not pushy at all. I love the fact that he brought real samples, not just online photos because the real colours are not the same as what you see online. The installer was quick and friendly and the final product is beautiful. We didn't get a lot of extras and we kept our plumbing fixtures so he was done by 1:30 pm. We highly reccomend Bathfitters.

I recently had 2 bathrooms redone using Bath Fitter Oshawa. While one was a smooth install the other one took a plumber, an incredible installer and management team to deploy the necessary resources over 2 days to address many hiccups having work done in an older home and pipe system. Craig was the installer and went over and beyond. He stayed after 9pm on the second day after the install was complete to address a pipe issue and I have never experienced customer service and support like I did with Craig and Bath Fitter. I highly recommend them!

I recently used Bath Fitters to replace my en-suite tub with a stand up shower. From the beginning the selection of wall design and accessories were really great. All this from the demo, wall prep, plumbing, installation and the finishing was done by 1 person. Incredible to have all that done by 1 guy in 2 days. The finished shower looks really good. I would recommend Bath Fitters to anyone.

We had bathfitters work on our bathroom in our century home. The bathroom was a tight fit, with a window in the shower and a slanted ceiling. Not an easy task.The sales rep was great, and the installer did a great job. Our house was left clean, they wore a mask and the finished product looks incredible, clean and fits the space really well. I had worried about how they would seal up the window and they exceed my expectations.We did have a few questions before getting started and they were happy to answer emails & phone calls. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality finish for a affordable cost.

Had one of their lovely and courteous drivers tailgating me and my sister on the highway! The weather conditions were so poor with rain and snow falling all around, couldn’t even see the cars in front of us. He chose to follow right behind us at an extremely unsafe distance. Looks terrible on the company for someone that represents you guys to be driving so dangerously and carelessly!Unbelievable.
