My rating is based solely on customer service. The staff I dealt with were very friendly, that was no concern. There were a number of miscommunications, for both me and my friend who called last week so we could pre-order for another friend. I called the day we needed the items and asked for a certain number and mix of treats and got half the amount I asked for and only one type of each (though other flavours were available). Luckily I was able to ask for more items at the store and left with what I needed.My suggestion is to definitely call ahead if you need even a small amount of items and that you confirm with them that they will set aside exactly what you need before ending the call.

I just recently have gone gluten free and checked out Healthy Creations for the 1st time today. wow! I was absolutely amazed at how delicious it all was. The hamburger buns, the Honey Flax bread, biscotti, chocolate chip cookies and those muffins! They are better than any other regular muffin I've eaten.. and muffins are my favorite thing to eat. Thank you for making delicious options, it was hard not to eat everything after today's haul. Also, the gentleman that helped me was super friendly and helpful.

As someone with celiac disease, this bakery is awesome. I buy my bread here exclusively, because it's the best unit price I've been able to find in all of London so far. Their baked goods are very fairly priced and taste good. They even gave me a free cookie on my first visit. Can't go wrong with that.

I wish I lived closer so I could support them more. Had an over the phone transaction with this business and they were SO accommodating. Ordered some tasty treats for a local friend and she was over the moon happy with her gift.A++ serviceAmazing products!

Bought a variety of items for my grandma for her birthday and they were all amazing! Such good quality and you wouldn't even know they were GF or vegan. Spoke on the phone with a lady and she answered my questions to help me figure out what I needed. Highly recommend!

Delicious gluten Free baked goods. Super friendly service. I'm not GG but my sisters are. It's great to have a nearby option to get bread and pastries they can eat when they come to visit.

All around great bakery. The owners are always very nice and helpful when I have questions. The bagels and cheese buns are delicious! They have a decent selection of bread, buns, fresh baked goodies, and some frozen items like pizza. Thank you so much for operating in a city that doesn’t have many options for people with celiac disease. We appreciate you!

Lots of options from bread and buns to frozen pizza, the baked goods are all delicious and cakes can be custom ordered gluten free or vegan. Very friendly service and nice store frontI do wish ya had donuts though!

I Recently visited this gluten free bakery and loved it. Great menu items, lots of variety, friendly staff and they even do home deliveries. Some items I have enjoyed are the Raisin Bread, Sorghum Bread, chocolate chip cookies, their famous turtle bars and the gluten free pizza. FIVE STARS to Healthy Creations Gluten free bakery.
