We had a situation where cople of shingles fell of the roof. Doug responded to us very quickly and fixed the problem in a matter of few days. On top of great service he said that it was a quick job and he wished me a happy Mother's day and didn't want to take anything for it! I had to beg him to take at least something. It He came out on Sunday and didn't want to charge me anything! He will have my business in the future and I will recommend his business to everyone! Thank you Doug! Great job. There are good and honest people out there. Very comforting situation !

Under quoted a job and did not factor in logistics required to do the job. They were questioned multiple times on the price and whether they stood by it and were annoyed when I asked. They then came back to us came back asking for more money and have since disappeared and not followed through on the job.Edit in response to owner reply - We did not deny you access to the property I explained at the time that not only do we have hospital staff and tenants using this area to park on a daily basis due to the driveway being very narrow it would even prevent people who live at the property from accessing/leaving their apartments. We also discussed that it would be unlikely that a bin would even fit due to tree branches. In terms of timelines. I did explain the roof was leaking at the time it was quoted and one would think when given the go ahead to do the job that the timeline would be as soon as you could schedule it in.

I had a problem with the fascia from the roof coming off due to high winds. They gave me a great quote and showed up the next day and fixed it perfectly! Thank you guys so much for your help! I would recommend to all friends and family.

The guys showed up exactly on time for the quote. They were professional and I could tell they had experience beyond my years. The quote was more than reasonable and the work was exactly as they said it would be. Would certainly recommend to friends and or family.
