I purchased zebra blinds from Vinyl-tek and their salesperson Paul made it a seamless process right from the beginning. It took about two weeks from when I first called the company to when the blinds were up and in my house. Their price was better than any other place as I did my research and were very happy with the blinds. We have a baby and the blackout blinds are amazing for her room. Our house is over 100 years old with the original trim and they look amazing on them!

I had gotten a previous quote from another vendor then was given Paul’s name and number from a family member. I found Paul to be the encyclopedia of shades. Paul informed me of many styles and asked the right questions to narrow down to what I had in mind for my home. He came ready with binders full of options. Needless to say the sale was quick, the appointment was easy to confirm and payment even easier. The installer was polite, kind and ready to answer any questions.I highly recommend this company to help beautify your home.The price was excellent and the warranty even better.Thank you Paul and team, see you in the summer for our next window project.

The worst company. All of what you see from their 5 stars are the boss's son creating fake accounts. All the raved reviews are all fake. You expect some form of customer support following thousands of dollars installation of blinds. Nope get ready to be ghosted. Better yet once you do reach them after a month they'll tell you take the blinds down yourself and bring it their factory. These are disgusting people, once they get your money you can never reach them to complete the job, expect to wait weeks to months... No phone calls no updates. Avoid them like the plague!!!

Aside from what others posted about customer service which we experienced as well, we have their motorized blinds for more than a year now. One blinds battery died within the first week and they didn’t resolve the issue. Our blind is stuck in one position and cant change it. Another of our blinds battery is so weak now that we have to keep charging it every couple of weeks and battery is soon to die out. Is only been a little over a year and regret getting the motorized blinds.

I am very happy with the service I received from Paul. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and made our decision very easy. The install was quick and I’m very happy with my new blinds!

All the positive reviews are all fake reviews. Looks at the bad ones as those speak the truth.Hired these guys to come install shutter. Oh boy they installed it but there were a number of quality issues, such as cuts being too short, levers not opening and closing.We asked them 10+ times for repairs of the quality issues. We got absolutely nowhere, all they care about is your money.Once they collect your money good luck getting anything fixed. They'll lie to your face that they have 10, 15, 20 years of warranty. This is all a front, once you give them your money they're gone.They'll give you an office number that doesn't work and you'll be on the lines forever.Not sure how these guys stay in business acting very fraudulently.
