Was given a reference to call Elektrotek for electrical controls and parts. Extremely knowledgeable staff, was taken back by the efficiency of this company. Had an answer , price and lead time all with in an hour or so. Willingness to go the extra step was greatly appreciated. It is refreshing to see that customer service and satisfaction of a simple business transaction still mean more than just dollars. it was a pleasure to work with this firm and will use them as often as I can.
