Photo taken of employee that gave the middle finger to a couple of loyal customers who had no interaction with him at all. management unprofessional not experienced and not trained well ... Customer privacy is non existent.*** Bingo Players beware management and staff cheat customers ***- Very uncomfortable chairs- Lowest prizes anywhere in Ontario- Unorganized staff- Over priced bingo packs- Poor lighting

If it wasn't for the snack bar, I wouldn't bother coming here. The slots barely pay out anymore. Bingo seems to be the only interest here.

I've had the most pleasant visit here. The staff are very friendly, caring, professional and efficient; especially in these trying times. I would definitely visit again and encourage anyone who wants a relaxing environment to have some entertainment to come here. You won't be disappointed.

The cards on your machine were hard to read. Multiple bingos every round. Not many machines in the casino. Thousands of dollars pumped in the machines for only jackpot. Wouldn't go back

I love going to bingo! The place is awesome. The staff are friendly, and I like that they keep the food simple and delicious.The different bingo events they host are so much fun. And I also like that they help support so many different charities in Chatham-Kent.
