Where have you been all my life. To all my viewers this location is definitely the one. If you compare the quality from this restaurant to another I promise you it would never be the same. I believe the aspects to a high professional fast food restaurants are essentially quality, pace and customer service. Let me tell you that this location fulfills those three important aspects. The quality is unbelievable, burgers are juicy and sides like fries and onions rings are just perfect crunchy. I have never expected this type of quality due to the horrible qualities I’ve been facing in my neighborhood and elsewhere. Even my father told me the same thing. That’s when I realized maybe how this is possible. I am not to sure if she was the manager or store owner but the Asian women there was definitely someone in charge. I was watching closely and she has definitely been keeping the restaurant to the best condition it could ever reach. I believe her work has benefited this chamber. Workers are so nice and hard working.

A&W is my go to fast food place for burgers especially for the onion rings & root beers. As a whole, that's the popular food combination. Burger was good as always, but the onion rings was a disappointment. It was very crunchy which was nice, however it was very salty that I had to share with my fiancee to finish it which I don't normally do when we are on a date. Please tell the staff to be more careful with seasoning my onion rings. Make sure it's not salty. This happened Thursday night this week.

4/4 times I’ve come here and asked for the multigrain bun they either haven’t done it or haven’t had it, not sure which. But when I ask, they never know which it was. Every other location does so it would just be nice to know at the least lol

The food. Was made fresh and delicious! The restaurant was a bit dirty, including the washroom. The service was so-so; efficient but not very friendly. I wanted to use a coupon but the manager said they don’t accept them anymore.

3stars for pricing, it's getting ridiculous, I got a teen combo with onion rings and tried the frozen root beer instead of the pop, and it was $20...for 1 person...food is always good, but its hard to justify going back to A&W anymore.

Meat on the uncle burger tasted higher quality than U.S. A&W restaurants. Everything was fresh and the place is kept clean and in good shape. Will definitely return when in the area and looking for a quick meal.

Has a nice retro vibe mixed with modern corporate fast food values. Service is what you'd expect from a typical fast food joint in Surrey. Nothing special or particularly cutting edge about this A&W. Quite clean inside usually.

Great service, amazing quality of food. One of my favourites for fast food, but their prices definitely reflect that.Recently had one instance that was not as great service when I refused the substitution of a beyond meat patty for the teen burger; according to the A&W website under beyond meat FAQS, it says you can replace any 3oz beef patty with the beyond meat burger patty for an additional cost". Hopefully that was just a one time occurrence

So why only 1 star overall yet more stars for food and service? Read on ...The food and service from the counter people was very good. My only complaint is with the female manager. She was extremely rude. My wife simply wanted to take a photo of the menu to show some friends. We always find the mama, papa, family theme rather entertaining. Anyways, the manager confronts us very rudely, almost threateningly, accusing us of wanting to publish the menu. So what? It's already out there. What's the big deal? Anyways, everyone except the manager was very nice. The old, female manager, with her sour attitude really dampens the atmosphere at this restaurant.P.s. I would agree with the other reviews on the condition of the bathrooms. They're run down and not well kept.

You can spend 4 dollars to get an iced coffee that tastes like you filled a mug you'd previous drank coffee from with cold water and drank it. I didn't think there could be worse coffee than Tim Hortons, but A&W.. you've proved me wrong
