Ajax Fence Ltd

We were very happy choosing Ajax fence, they offered a great quote for our back yard and our barn. They did the job fairly quick and I'm happy they cleaned up after themselves( we have had some bad experiences in past with other companies) the job was done beautifully and we are sure to use them again in the future.

Overpriced, wouldn't return a call or email addressing my concerns. Installed thin supports and they ALL have cracks in them. . We overpaid for poor workmanship. NOT recommended!

just based on how the owner drives the work truck from cutting people off the road and almost causing a collision this morning....I can only imagine their work!

Called May 31/21..Mark never returned my call.Tonight is June 2nd/21

Ajax Fence installed new fencing on 2 sides of our property. The one side turned out beautifully. The back part was not. They put a panel a totally different height right in the middle of the fence due to one post (the post should have been replaced). I paid the entire amount even though I pointed out I didn't like this part of the fence (my big mistake). They were called that evening and we were promised that it would be fixed within the next few weeks. That was 7 months ago. No return phone calls and only get returned emails once in awhile stating they are busy and will get to it".Not impressed. All 3 parties that have this fence in our yard are very displeased."

I would give zero stars if i could. Came out and quoted a job and said he will do it in about 1 to 2 weeks. 3rd week rolled around and nothing so my husband called and left a message and nothing. Called again a few days later and the call was cancelled with a following text message stating hes in a meeting and will call back. Still nothing. Not really sure why this happened but if you want to give this guy a try go for it but you were warned.Follow up: was contacted by the company after i posted my review and said they would look into it. The name on the email Mark is the same guy that i dealt with when he came out to quote the job.

Bad experience with owner.After pricing our job, I sent to Mark (owner) our contract and asked to order locates asap. (site was 100% ready for fencing) One week later, after he got locates and was ready to start the job, he call me saying that he can start works, but don't want to sign the contract. On my question 'why?' I got arrogant answer 'don't care, find somebody else' and hang up on me.Waste of time.

Called and left message, no return call. Emailed on their contact us page, no return email or call. Will not use this company due to zero customer service!

We needed one section of our fence replaced and Ajax Fence did the job quickly - great quality workmanship as well. Thanks Ajax Fence!
