One of first things you see at entrance is a completely dilapidated trailer.....there is a few that are trying to look nicer but this park is very run down and dirty looking. Would need to be super cheap to make it worth living in this one.

I live here, and I don't really like it. It's very quiet, neighbour's seem respectable and it's very close to all the amenities you need!
