I asked Stephen for a pretty specific request for a cushion for a rattan swing chair I got from Facebook market place (that did unfortunately not come with a cushion and I naively thought it would be easy to find one). The chair is a non typical shape and it was impossible to find a cushion to fit it in stores or online (except for an overpriced one that would take three months to arrive from a questionable location through amazon). Stephen responded to my messages and requests within minutes if not seconds and it was the most pleasant and efficient “shopping” interaction I’ve ever had. He listened to what I wanted and my cushion was ready within a week! It’s lovely and comfy and just what I wanted. It was a much more reasonable price than the amazon one, I got it super quick and I got to support a local small business. very happy :)
