Ruff Roof

Have taken my dog there several times. Very accommodating to my shifting schedule. And my dog is always excited when he goes.

My husband and I recently boarded our two pugs (Lando and Chewy) for a week with Anne-Marie, and she took great care of them! We've put our dogs in a kennel in the past, they hate it, never came home happy and usually new behavior issues. Finding Ruff Roof and it being cage free and in a house was like a dream come true! Anne-Marie sent us updates and pictures every couple of days, which was really nice. We could tell when we picked up them up they had a much better experience at Ruff Roof than any other kennel, they were happy, very tired from their week of hanging out with other dogs and no new behavior issues! This is now our go-to spot for boarding our pugs, I won't even look at another kennel now that we found Ruff Roof. Thank you again!

Amazing hidden jem in dog boarding. Huge house, lots and lots of room, big back yard. I would say a dog resort more than dog boarding : ). See you again!

Annmarie, the owner is hands down the most kind women I have encountered in a very long time. My ex who lives in smiths falls had to rush to hospital yesterday and didn't want his beloved dog alone. I called and Annmarie went to the hospital got keys and went and picked up the dog. I live in Ottawa with no car so this was a blessing. Later that same nite my ex was told he could leave, so he called Annmarie as she had his home keys not only did she again go to the hospital but also drove him home!!! she dropped coco off today, her charge twenty dollars... Please anyone who can support this business please do so,, we now know we will always use Annmarie and for whatever price she likes....Thank youMichelle
