If you are looking for a Vet Clinic - look no further! St. Francis is THE place for veterinary care!We just had our very first visit with our 9 week old puppy. From our first steps in the door, we felt so welcomed and cared for.Stephanie was waiting at the front desk and helped us sort through our paperwork, and weigh the pup. She was so encouraging, making sure our pup would feel confident jumping on a big, metal square (aka scary scale)!Bonnie visited our appointment room to meet the pup, and ask a few questions. She was so loving with our dog, and really made us (and our pup!) feel safe.Dr. Meredith was kind, knowledgeable, and had no issues answering my endless questions! I really appreciated the advice she gave, and it made me feel confident in this practice, and the future care we will no doubt be receiving from this clinic!I will absolutely be staying with this clinic, and was thrilled with the care, the staff, and the space (homey and clean!) Our pup had an amazing first visit, and we are really excited to start our journey with St. Francis!

They are a great vet clinic my now late cat princess was seen a few times by them. And even looked after her with cremation. They were very compassionate and they said if I need anything just ask. They offered me a grief service for grieving pet owners. I might look into it. And I will hold off on adopting any cats because I have to grieve for my beloved cat princess. As difficult as it is to hold off on getting another cat.

We switched to St. Francis Animal Clinic from another animal hospital and the difference has been like night and day! We love the consistency of seeing the same veterinarians all of the time. You don't get that at a large animal hospital. Both Dr. Anna and Dr. Meredith are kind and compassionate and they really take their time with you to figure out what is going on. They explain everything clearly, in easy to understand terms, and they answer all of our questions. The clinic service staff and vet techs are also top notch and very welcoming. The team at St Francis is amazing! I never feel rushed, and both Dr Anna and Dr Meredith are so patient and knowledgeable. They always provide me with easy to understand informational and treatment options, and also take the time to send me information by email when necessary. I followed them there when they purchased the clinic because I really wanted to stay with them. The drive from Cambridge is worth it! Highly recommend.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about St Francis Vet Clinic and highly recommend them. We have been going there for years and have received excellent and compassionate service. Both Dr Anna and Dr. Meredith are great and treat my furry babies with care and kindness. They are very knowledgeable and have helped us a lot. The rest of the staff which includes the technicians Michelle, Bonnie and Amy and customer service reps Ellie, Ava and Stephanie are all very nice friendly and helpful.

We have been clients of St. Francis since April 2022. We moved from another province, and was looking for a vet clinic that would be patient and caring to our dog, who is fearful of the vet. Staff gave lots of information over email, and welcomed us for an initial visit to see how our dog would do.Ava and Stephanie are outstanding at welcoming our dog and making sure walking through the door is off to a good start. Even during phone call reminders for appointments they have said “Let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your dog more comfortable for her appointment. We want her to have the best experience possible”. They’ve added file notes about how my dog prefers the larger patient room, so it helps everyone plan ahead for her.Michelle and Amy are the Techs that help Dr. Anna with our dog’s appointments. They’re all fabulous, patient and professional.We really appreciate staff encouraging us to do “Happy Visits”, which are quick planned appointments for our dog to just come in, get sniffs, get weighed and see staff. It really helps her become more comfortable. She loves getting treats and being praised.We highly recommend St. Francis and really appreciate the care they give to our dog. The team are amazing and we can’t say thanks enough.

Highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Anna and her staff are extremely kind, professional and caring. Dr. Anna is extremely knowledgable and went above and beyond to treat my dog. She literally saved his life.Thank you everyone at St. Francis!
