Gardien à l’entrée (petit monsieur âgée)de l’urgence n’a pas été très sympathique. En sortant, j’avais le masque un peu croche et il m’a chicané comme un enfant d’école en me tutoyant comme si je le connaissais. J’ai trouvé l’approche spéciale surtout que je quittais l’établissement et que j’étais dans le portique.

Je me suis faite opérer jeudi passé le 2 février, un face à face, j, ai eu des dilaudid 1mg pour soulager mes fractures, aujourd'hui, depuis 3 jours, ça ne me soulagé plus, j'ai téléphonée au département d'orthopédie, et j'ai eu comme réponse, le médecin est en vacances, j'ai demandée pour parler à un autre médecin, la personne m'a répondu que c'était normal d'avoir mal et que ça allait passé. J'ai jamais eu mal comme ça et il m'a laissé comme ça.

It was a good experience. The people were kind even with how hard it is for hospitals the past couple years. I am happy to know that i will be good taken care of if anything happen to me.

Very positive feedback, even we thought English would be an issue, it turned very well, we had great service, doctor was very nice and funny, and we got support also with translation, I want to thank to the emergency personnel including security guy :)

My surgery and care in recovery was 5 Star. However once I got onto the ward, it was a different story. There was no communication between the hospital and my family doctor so they didn’t know I am on blood pressure medication plus other meds for my stomach ulcers. Not good. I had extreme gastritis in the middle of the night at 3 am and asked for antacids. The male nurse refused saying I had to wait until 8 am when they distribute the meds. Incredible. For anyone who has ever suffered from gastritis and acid reflux every minute is a torture. I pleaded. He reluctantly brought me a tiny measure of liquid antacid which was not enough. I asked for seconds, which he did eventually bring but with rudeness and reluctance. The pain meds I received after my surgery caused me to sweat a great deal. I was never washed! I got no water to wash myself. No clean gown, no clean sheets for the 4 days I was there. This is shameful. I would ring the bell to ask for a commode. The nurses didn’t always answer. I am a Anglophone and they never answered me in English. There was only one English-speaking nurse who was nice to me for the last 2 days on the Night Shift. I would sometimes have to wait for 20 minutes for the commode to be brought. Since the room was very small, my bedside table had to be moved to make room for the commode. But once that business was finished, they would forget to return the table to where I could reach it. Sheer negligence, or stupidity? Or laziness? Three days after surgery I was sent home, but without any pain meds. My prescription wasn’t called into the pharmacy until 24 hrs later. This meant that for the first 24 hrs at home I was in tremendous pain without recourse. All in all I am very angry about my slovenly treatment. I feel I was not well looked after, that they did so with resentment. The people working on the ward deserve no stars at all. Hopefully I will never have to go back.

Je voudrais remercier le docteur Imbeau et toute l'équipe du bloc opératoire concernant l'intervention chirurgical que j'ai eu vendredi dernier !Je me suis senti immédiatement en confiance et en sécurité ,j'ai vue et constaté une équipe dans l'harmonie !Et je n'oublie pas tous les intervenants dans le processus de ma guérison au 9 ième étage !BRAVO et sincères salutations!

Great hospital. Great care.

I had a horrible experience landing on a Kassandra Chaloub, she was rude and unprofessional. I have never seen someone hate her job as much as she does its a disgrace to the employer. Would stay away !!!

Good hospital. Staff is mostly friendly. Waiting time is reasonable.
