We have a rental property and Kathy has always accommodated last minute calls and was such a joy to deal with. Colin has been great and patient in explaining and recommending anything, along with what is cost-effective. We had socket and switch repairs along with our fuse box upgraded to a breaker panel and he provided a before and after photo and Kathy then sent over the certificate. We called Paul Pruneau electric to install a smart doorbell. We went into it blindly, not knowing anyone in the business so we based our decision with online reviews & we weren't disappointed!!Collin was our electrician, he arrived before the scheduled time which was great. He was personable, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. He described everything he was doing, made us aware of the costs prior to jumping into anything. Got the job done in good time.Glad to have this company as a contact for our future needs! A+

We had some issues with the wiring in our residential home in that it was aluminum wiring and was corroding the copper receptacles on all of the switches and outlets in the home. There were even some scorch marks very glad we got this done when we did! Colin would explain to us what he was doing by removing the old outlets and switches and replacing it with new ones as well as mating the wires properly with some anti oxidant compound so that there would be no issues in the future. They were kind explaining it and they were very prompt in the installation and troubleshooting. Everything is up and working now and we feel much safer would definitely recommend!!!

If you are looking for an electrician, you should hire Paul Pruneau and his team. It's that simple. I have high standards and they met them all. They are kind, creative, competent, responsive, and easy to work with. I can't say enough. Colin and Mitch were fun to work with on site and on the administrative side, Kathy was a pleasure. They replaced an old panel, removed some old knob and tube circuits, and installed a number of new fixtures. I sleep much better now.

I have had Paul and Colin in a home my husband and I purchased in December. The entire home had to be re-wired and new panels installed. My husband and I were working in the house while Paul and Colin were working on the electrical, and both of them were very professional, and did a fantastic job. Colin was in our home for 3 to 4 months, as he was re-wiring behind us as we gutted each room and then did the finishing touches when drywall and painting had been done.I highly recommend Pruneau Electrical.
