Cellfix Wireless Repairs

This place is amazing! Twice they've brought my phones back from the dead; once due to a software (os upgrade) malfunction (2 years ago) which bricked it and once from a swim in a saltwater bath a week prior. I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with their skill. If your repairs aren't warranty-able give this place a try.

I don't like leaving negative reviews for local businesses, but my Samsung Galaxy in-warranty repair experience was difficult to say the least.To begin, I was told by the Samsung Canada phone customer service that I could bring in phone to a local authorized repair facility (Cell Fix) instead of mailing it in for a warranty issue.After visiting the business two times (they have unusual hours) I was able to get ahold of them.I was told right away that I needed to show him my purchase receipt form 9 months ago. I did not have this and I told him that the Samsung representatives hadn't told me that I needed this, and that my phone was registered (purchase date, serial number, name, etc) in their system.He wasn't able to or wouldn't look this up, and without even looking at my phone, he denied the service and told me I'd have to call Samsung again.In the end I called Samsung again and I am mailing it in for warranty repair.Take this review with a grain of salt as I can't comment on the quality of their work which I'm sure is reasonable, but I can comment on the difficulty of attempting to have an in warranty Samsung product serviced locally through them as a Samsung authorized facility (whether that is Samsung's fault or theirs I don't know).

Hands down best customer experience for several of my family's iphone repairs over the last year. From screen fixes, to battery changes to diagnostics of what is going on! Always done so efficiently, with service and a smile! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I recently came in to get a screen protector installed on my iPhone. Great Customer Service. Sam was able to help me quickly as I waited. He is a great employee and is well informed about his products.

Cellfix unfortunately didn't have any time to look at my devices, which means they are very busy. However the owner still took the time to suggest another company for me that is also honest and gave me some tips and pointers. I wish I could get the repairs done here, but the friendly advice from someone who is clearly so full of work he can't make room is awesome. That shows care for customers. Hopefully I can squeeze in next time. Thanks!

Took my note 8 in for repair since they are the only Samsung authorized repair center on the island and it was done in a timely manner. I was only expecting the screen to be replaced but the gentleman swapped the outer casing and battery too (to keep the phone ip68.) another bonus was that he was able to do all this without having to erase my contents on the phone. Very satisfied!

I've been a customer of Cell Fix for about 7 years. Had 3 phones unlocked, 2 Samsung screens replaced, 1 Samsung glass back cover replaced, and a Samsung tablet assessed for repair.I have also been into the shop a few times over the years just to ask questions of the owner/operator to help me purchase a phone/tablet elsewhere.Manager is always friendly and willing to answer my uninformed questions. I just wish that he would start selling phones so I had a trustworthy place to buy a used cellphone!In the meanwhile at least I have a trustworthy tech shop to take my equipment to.

Has repaired phones for me several times and in each case the owner quickly assessed the technical issues and repaired them quickly knowing the device was needed urgently. He knows how to transfer files, treat phones exposed to moisture and has a superb command of the issues. Unfailingly courteous. Highly recommended. Understands how important mobile phones are to a person's life.

Tom was super helpful and got my Pixel 2 back to me working perfectly in just a few days. Totally recommend if you are in the unenviable position of having a broken phone

Tom fixed my 2 samsung phones S8+ and Note 9. He did it super quickly and surprised me with a screen protector on the Note 9. It was an expensive job to get them both done but I'm glad I chose cellfix rather than mailing them to samsung. Tom saved me a lot of time, I cannot work at my job without a phone. Thank you!!!!!!
