Great experience. Called yesterday evening to make an appointment and they already came this morning to provide an on-site estimate and then take things away. Was super easy, hassle free, and good prices. The people making the appointments were efficient and polite and the two guys who came to pick things up did a great job and were right on time. Thanks to Tristan and Robert. Would 100% hire them again.

The guys from JustJunk arrived early in the two hour window of time that i was told to expect them. They also phoned a half hour before so that I knew when they would arrive. The price was within the estimate created when I booked them through their online booking system. They were friendly and quick. I would definitely use them again.

The removal team arrived ahead of schedule (with a call ahead). They were polite and professional and were able to quickly assess my needs and explain any additional charges. Once terms were set they quickly and efficiently removed my construction debris and junk and even sorted out and piled the drywall that they couldn't take in my case. And the final bill came to under what was agreed. Very happy with this well organized and efficient company. Highly recommend.

This was the easiest and most convenient experience! We had some big pieces of furniture that we couldn't get rid of and decided to just give Just Junk a try. We're so glad we booked an appointment online! We chose a two-hour window that would work for us and they came exactly within that window. The drivers were even courteous enough to give us a shout 30 minutes beforehand, which is much appreciated. They came, assessed the load, gave an estimate and were on the way with our stuff. The whole transaction took no more than 15-20 minutes; cash or credit accepted.Overall, we cannot recommend this company enough! It was pleasantly quick and painless! Thank you so much.

Amazing service. I called to change the date of my appointment and they made the change immediately and the guys were here within half an hour. Very professional and efficient. Gave me a quote on the spot, which I accepted and they took away the furniture that I wanted removed and provided a detailed payment receipt right away. Would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Easy to book an appointment and they come to your house for free to give you a quote.Said they would give me a call 20minutes before they would show up between a 3 hour window and did exactly as said.Two movers came and took great care when removing our large household items and they were very polite. We were having a new couch delivered and needed our old one removed. I booked online and was able to make an appointment for 2 hours later! The guys were really friendly, helpful and efficient. Our new sofa arrived at the same time and they even helped with moving it in! Really highly recommend. 10/10

I called JustJunk on a Tuesday and they didn't keep me on hold, unlike other junk services I tried. I really appreciate they asked about COvID status. It makes me feel they care about their customers' and employees' wellbeing. They had availability same day! But I didn't so we did Thursday.On the appointment day, they gave a courtesy call and then showed up right on time. Lester and Carson were my helpers. They wore masks and were very kind and professional.Lester and Carson were very upfront about the risks (we were moving an organ down some stairs) and explained the breakdown of the cost estimate. The price was very fair.They did a great job! They moved the organ safely and despite warning me it might damage the stairs, it didn't. They worked well together and had positive attitudes. I tipped them, I was so happy! I will use Just Junk in the future.

The positive reviews are true! Two guys that came to help me with my junk removal were efficient, courteous and just overall awesome. They came on time with a 30 min courtesy call, gave me a reasonable estimate and got the job done. Very happy!
