I have dealt with different floral shops over the years. I have never come across someone like Pratima ( store owner). She is a wonderful person with warmth and patience, providing expertise in helping you decide on the appropriate arrangement based on the occasion, your preference and budget. I was completely impressed by her thoroughness in following through from the moment I ordered the flowers until it's delivered. There were about 6 phone calls made because of the kind of flowers she wanted to order as well as my change of delivery date. Discovered this flower shop through Google search. Thank goodness we went here. The owner is very accommodating and really kind. Her flower arrangement is so beautiful. We all love it. We also got a plant from this place. The owner is pretty informative on which plants is good for low light and humid places. Very thankful for that. Overall we recommend going to this place for any flower arrangement and if you're interested in plants. We would definitely come back here.

Experience with Ivy Leaf as Wedding Florist - October 2016Working with Pratima was a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. During our initial consultation, she asked numerous detailed questions and helped us put together something that was perfect for our wedding, reception, and budget. Her attention to the smallest details was a significant help. Pratima listened well, used visuals to communicate and was very reliable and responsive. Since my husband and I are not knowledgeable about flowers, the visuals were a significant help. The bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnieres were beautiful and looked even better than we imagined. The flowers photographed wonderfully and the centerpieces looked fresh for days after our reception. We received numerous compliments from our guests praising Pratima’s work. The value of Pratima’s work was exceptional and the attentiveness that she gives her clients cannot be underestimated. She is a pleasure to work with and we cannot recommend her enough.

Purchased bouquets from this florist twice and I will not return. The flowers were not very fresh. Even some grocery stores have fresher flowers and a better selection and customer service. The woman helping me wanted to wrap my flowers with only cellophane and ribbon. I asked politely for a sheet of tissue paper to be included and she scoffed at my request. The shop must be going through financial hardship if they are hesitant to include a single sheet of tissue paper in their flower wrapping.
