Like all the other reviews on Glassdoor, management really does lie to their employees and customers and the boss really is crazy. No respect at this company and I feel bad for all the senior agents who are in their 40-50s who are stuck working here so stressed with their hair falling out for a steady paycheck.I'm so happy google lets us speak the truth and let's the public see it.
