La Crosse Indoor Self Storage

Sure would be nice if someone returned my calls. Im moving and deadlines are approaching. I am going to have to take my business elsewhere simply because nobody is around to take or return my call.

By far the nicest storage facility I have ever seen. The units are clean. The climate control is amazing. The facilities are secure and easy to access. And the owner is a cool guy that is very helpful and easy to work with. I had a great experience working with La Crosse Indoor Self Storage. I would definitely use them again.

I called them multiple times about questions I had… two weeks later I still haven’t received a call back.

I recently moved from an outside access unheated typical storage building. You know, the ones with mouse droppings that smell of mothballs and have snow and leaves blowing under the door. Well this place is not like that. It's great! It's clean! Access is through an enclosed carport which means unloading out of the weather. And locked access means it's secure and I'm safe when focused on my stuff.

I am trying to move my stuff out but my code isn’t working, I’ve already called twice to talk to a manager and I still haven’t received a call back!

This is by far the nicest, cleanest, storage units that I've ever seen. (I wished that I would have taken pictures inside for people to see how really nice this place is.)My son plans to rent a unit to temporary store some of his possessions. Hopefully, I'll be able to give a updated post later.

Pete, the owner at LaCrosse indoor storage, was absolutely amazing to work with. From my initial contact to my move out date a few months later, everything was exceptional. I had a lot of valuable items that needed to be in a secure, temperature controlled environment. After checking out several other storage places in the area, it was a no-brainer to go with LaCrosse Indoor storage.The unit is secured with passcode entry in addition to a secured loading bay. There are carts and dollies available to use as well. Everywhere you look, there are cameras on all 3 levels, and the place was kept immaculate. I was initially concerned with storage. There may potentially be a rodent problem, but that was not the case. As a woman, being able to safely access my belongings without having to look over my shoulder was paramount.When I informed Pete I would be moving, he made sure I had everything I needed and even offered to drive down to assist. I know I made the right choice, and I wouldn't trust any other storage unit company in LaCrosse for the above reasons.This place is top-notch and priced appropriately for all of the security and amenities.I appreciate the service you & your friendly staff provided me, Pete!! DO NOT RENT HERE. They love when you want to sign up and rent a unit, but as soon as there's a problem or upon move out when you want to discuss the pro-rated payment they promised you when you signed up - NOTHING. Calls are not returned, there is no email contact, and Customer service" line is an outsourced call center

Wonderful temperature controlled storage, very affordable and safe!!!

Extremely easy from start to finish! Pete was incredibly attentive to our specific needs and assisted us through the entire process as we relocated from Nevada to Wisconsin. Climate controlled facilities. Clean and in a safe area. Pricing was honest, up-front, and less than some other places. I highly recommend La Crosse Indoor Self Storage. Exceptional experience!
