loveliest and friendliest staff! could not recommend more! I came here to study and I felt so very welcome. although the store was busy, my drink still came incredibly fast and the barista had a lovely conversation with me. thank you Starbucks staff for being such wonderful people, I will definitely be returning to this location! Good drink selection with seasonal options and lots of merch. It's what you'd expect from a high end coffee chain. This location is sometimes grubby and parking can be a hassle but it's located in a convenient area near lots of shopping so it's easy to pop in for a coffee if you find a parking spot. Drive through is the other option and usually what we end up doing.

On two separate occasions I have used the mobile app to pre-order a coffee from this location prior to a shift at work. Both times I have had to leave without my order because it wasn’t ready, despite allocating 20+ minutes for the order to be made. I am out $20 and will not be a customer here again.

Went in person and ordered two hot drinks, paid for them. Then after waiting in line for over 25 minutes , I finally asked where my order was . They never sent it over from the cashier to their iPad system . The barista’s behind the counter making the drinks, we’re not concerned about people waiting in line and were very snappy when you asked if they had your order . I understand being busy, but there was no organization and it was chaos . Terrible terrible service

When you have a issue talk to the manager the other staff will not help you. Doubled charged on mobile app for an order and nobody will handle the issue. I called head office twice they wouldn't do anything. Called store manager was away and supervisor wouldn't do anything, he suggested calling head office again. I did and asked for supervisor right away and she fixed it immediately.

My girlfriend and I dropped in to grab her free birthday drink today. The people who served us were awesome, one of them was new and training and killed it. They were super friendly! The only issue with this experience was how long it took to get our drinks, it was around 10 minutes which is a bit long for Starbucks, but alas. The store is also cramped and not the best for dining in, however it's definitely designed to be a drive through location. The drinks were great, and the cake pops too!

Grande Peach Iced Green Tea Lemonade and a cake pop. The drink was delicious. My companion got the dragon fruit iced lemonade and I'm not sure who's drink is better.First time trying a cake pop, and I'm not sure I will try again, it was kinda like partially cooked cake batter?
