Brian and his crew were extremely responsive and very cordial to deal with. Highly recommended! I have to tip my cap to Brian and his team for being as patient as he was with dealing with my Wife and I. The workmanship was top notch. They set a date and hit that date. His team gave me a progress report almost everyday, and kept the work place clean and professional looking as possible. Thanks again Brian for your patience!The Whitman's.

I'll post again once the job is complete, but the 'boys in blue' have been on site for 4 days now and we are impressed with the work ethic, care and precision being brought to the job. Brian (owner) is responsive and has been very accommodating; we've had maaaaany delays with our pool company and he has adjusted and rescheduled all the way along, starting work as soon as we were finally ready. He checks in to ensure work is up to standard, but the truth is we can tell his staff care too and work hard and carefully even when he is not on site. Stay tuned, pics and further review upon completion:) Thanks Jacobs!!Update: May 2020. The stonework has now come through the first winter and continues to look beautiful! We LOVE our stonework and have nothing but positive things to say about Brian and his staff. We have already passed his name along to friends and family and would not hesitate to call on them again.

The “boys in blue” are truly outstanding! Their attention to detail is incredible and every job they complete, will make you say “wow”. You’ll forever be loving your new upgrade, and will be incredibly amazed by them and their work. I can't speak highly enough of Brian and his team. As expected from a contractor, they delivered quality by experienced/knowledgeable staff. The end result of their work is gorgeous.However I would like to comment on the other factors that don't necessarily get mentioned. The Jacobs crew aren't just contractors, they are amazing people who are friendly, courteous, funny and hard working. When my 7 year old wanted to see the new grass, they didn't just let her see, they took the time to explain about grass and share their knowledge with a little curious girl (socially distanced of course).They also cleaned up not only their mess, but the ones left behind by previous contractors who worked on the project.Yes, their work is excellent and yes their pricing is competitive for the work you get, but this company stood out for me in how good each and everyone was with Customer Service and understood there is more to a job than just laying new grass.Jacobs is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Such an incredible experience working with Jacobs Landscaping, made my visions come to life with all there hard work, the boys were not only fast, efficient and have extreme attention to detail! The finished product was beyond anything i could have imagined! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to turn there backyard into an oasis!!

Not at all happy with the quality of work. Within 6 months interlocking giving way.. Dying plants and no ownership to fix anything. A complete waste of money!! And yes Brian this is your company! We have already replaced a tree and plan on replacing some of the other landscaping that you did. We also repaired the electical! You called me a complainer" when I asked you why you didn't return any of my calls . You can't ignore a customer who has valid issues with your work. That alone is the reason for this review."

Amazing experience from start to finish. Brian and his crew were incredible to work with. It took only 4 days to complete a large stone patio with a walkway. We were able to work with Brian on the design and select from several stone options. The crew is amazing. They tidied up at the end of each day and even swept the road before they took off for lunch. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had some steps done and walkways levelled. They did an excellent job. Turned up when they said they would, crew was hardworking and very nice to have around. Highly recommended!

Hired Jacobs to re-do our paver driveway summer 2022. Brian and all of his crew are professionals and courteous, good at communicating and can provide their advice / opinion if you need help with your design. Maintain very tidy work site and cleaned everything up when finished. Top notch, you will not regret working with them.
