This is the place I always go to whenever I need to exchange money, and I do that on regular basis, the staff is amazing specially the manager, she is very friendly and efficient, they have one of the best if not the best rates in town.

So i went today to buy a certain amount of US dollars and it was the 1st time i ever deal with globex and to my surprise they were amazing, it was today in the morning the lady was very nice, fast, professional the whole process didn't take 7 minutes, shout out to that professional lady i forgot to ask her about her name, definitely recommend

A million kudos to Globex2000 on Marcel Laurin in St. Laurent!!! IM WAY BEYOND IMPRESSED!! I recently bought some U.S. $ there. I made sure I got 7 X $100 dollar bills to pay $728 balance to resort in Jamaica I wanted to pay in cash. Girl at Globex counted the $ in a very fancy, cool way in front of me and I thought all was good... but when I arrived in Jam there were only 6. The receipt said 7 and a total of 50 bills...there were only 49 in envelope. Today I planned to call them and stop by to see that fancy transaction on camera. Before I could do that, they just called me to admit they erred and owe me $100 U.S.....$137.50 Canadian! Absolutely outstanding customer service and honesty!! Please spread this around and reccommend Globex 2000 to anyone you know! They really earned and deserve the plug!! WOWSA!!

She counted the money three times and then got frustrated and walked away from me, I wonder how they measure their quality of service when the employee just walks away from a customer in the middle of a transaction that should take 3 mins and takes 20
