Zumba with Michelle Burke

Michelle's class is so much fun. And everyone is really night. It's such an amazing boost for my mental health. And a very good price for a work out class.

I’ve always had a hard time getting motivated to excercise so when someone recommended Zumba with Michelle Burke, I decided to try it. I’m glad that I did! It’s fun and great exercise for all levels! I’ve been going a few years now and I love it more then ever. A great group of women and a fun time.

I gave up my gym membership 2 years ago and have been doing this Zumba class ever since. Women of all ages come here to have fun while being active . It was nice to finally find a place to work out and not feel judged . Michelle always shows the lower impact moves for anyone just starting or has limitations . I look forward to it every week!Jessica

The first Zumba class I did with Michelle was back in 2011, i loved it so much! Zumba became my new favourite hobby I went religiously till I moved away for 5 years! I moved back in 2018 to be with my family cause I had cancer, during this difficult time Michelle and all the Zumba sisters from her class joined together at my benefit to help raise money! After that I started attending class again even while I was in chemotherapy! I was week, frail, exhausted, and some weeks I was in a lot worse shape than others and Michelle made sure that I was able to go at my own pace and help modify moves to make it easier for myself and others of a lower fitness level. Michelle’s class is welcoming for all women of any body type, fitness level and ability! The sisterhood and bonds of made with friends from class are amazing! I would recommend this class to anyone looking for a good workout in an 100% non judgemental environment! Michelle and her class is literally what helped me get through my battle with cancer, and I will always be a Zumba sister ❤️

I love Michelle’s classes! She has great energy and creates a wonderful sense of community. You get so much more than a Zumba class with Michelle.
