Calgary Grease Interceptor Services

Colin and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are prompt, efficient, affordable and give great customer service. I called yesterday and they came out to my rural location next day and did some very good work. Colin was kind enough to provide some preventative maintenance tips. All around excellent service.

We used Calgary Grease Interceptor Service to service our grease trap at our bakery and they did a great job. The service was fast and cost friendly - we would definitely be using them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Responsive, Quick, educating and fair.The best service I have received from any plumbing company thus far. They showed up in the middle of the night when the buildings mainline" backed all the way up in the 100 square foot underground parking lot with a foot of water. The owner Colin called in for support to get it settled before morning and did so with upmost heedfulness before our residents had to go to work and access their vehicles. He said the blockage was due to the parking lots drainage being linked to the grey water line and probably assumed to be suitable for the expected demands of the parking lots drainage at the time the building was made; it had been heavily raining and we have had previous issues with our residents putting health products down the drain as well. They are giving excellent service. They have a contract with our store and we have always been satisfied with their services. We had a problem that the owner himself came and fixed for us. Always professional and giving quality customer service.

I called in for sewer backup issue, the lady on the phone was very nice and courteous. Colin was here very shortly and performed the job professionally. I enjoyed the conversation with him the most while he was doing his work, very nice and personable young man. After running the augur cleaning up the sewer pipe, he ran camera to inspect the pipe and make sure the pipe is fully cleaned.A local community business, high qualty service, and very reasonable cost that as a community member you would like to support. Very professional, quick and clean. Colin was very pleasant to talk to and didn't mind any of the mess, and even cleaned up everything afterwards. They responded to my call and showed up within the hour. And the prices were very affordable.
