First time checking this place out. Brandon was an absolute beauty. Weighed out all my food for me and offered some zero calorie sauces as I’m prepping for a bodybuilding show and this was a urgent stop. He went above and beyond to accommodate for us. Great guy and food was amazing. Highly recommend!!

I get all my meal prep done by Dedicate and have for the last several months now. I am in the best shape of my life and i attribute a lot of it to always having high quality food in my fridge that only requires a microwave. The fact i don't waste money on food i throw out anymore is also a big deal for me. These guys are awesome !

Met Brandon today, unbelievable personality and super hospitable and looked like he really enjoyed the process and working at this location. Nothing but smiles and got myself and my friend who is on prep exactly what we needed. THIS MAN IS THE MAN. Will for sure be coming back.

Pretty good food. Tasty and full of flavour. A bit expensive for my liking but expected from a restaurant like this. We had the Mediterranean salad and ancho-steak wrap and both were really good.

I really love the ability to track macros and eat absolutely delicious food. The white chocolate balls are to die for. The quality is always consistently high and they prepare food very quickly upon placing an order. I am so grateful for this place.

We walked in and were greeted with a big smile and friendly Hello! How are you guys today?"The ladies there are very friendly and the food was perfect for our lifestyle choices!They gave us great recommendations based on what we said we can/can't eat and it was cooked to perfection. The chicken wasn't dry at all and the flavors were very good despite not using all the sugars and usual things restaurants put in their sauces to make them flavourful.We definitely recommend this joint! Great esthetic

I happily order dedicate healthy kitchen weekly through Uber eats. I’m obsessed with all there meals. Healthy and tasty?! Win win. I would recommend trying the twisted taco bowl and the gifted green smoothie! Truly you cannot go wrong with any meal from here!
