Showed up between work break but did not have an appointment. So the appointment lady tells me to stand in line. I do. Two others showed up and walk right in because they have an appointment. No problem. Then the appointment lady walks in another 10 people because they all have appointments. I stop the lady to ask her to put my name on her schedule. She refused and says she couldn't because its fully booked for the day and to book an appt. for tomorrow. **If the schedule is fully booked then why is she telling people to stand in line. Maybe SO should have an agent dedicated to the walk ins or better yet tell them to go to the location on Wellington St. where they have better service.

If you have an appointment you will serve at your time, but without an appointment, you have to wait in line. But one of the employees arrange to send customers in sooner and when you are in line they come to you and check your docs to help the process.

Fabulous, quick service. Clerk who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This location is able to handle all requests and is incredibly professional.

So much waiting, so much people, very busy, but this was not the staff’s fault, they were trying to be as fast as possible and smiling.

This place is a disaster! Today I was there with my family for a health card. I had an appointment a month ago. Unfortunately, they didn't issue a health card for my wife, saying that not accepting income tax assessment as proof of residency in Ontario since it was on an eligible document list. I talked to the supervisor; she said this is the decision that we made and I asked her what about the rule which you work against it. Simply, they didn’t respect the rule. Based on a rule, we could present only one document as proof of residency and ours was an income tax assessment. I was very disappointed! They wasted our time and energy and I recommend never going to this place!!!

Came here on a Friday at 430 to get information for my insurance company. The agent was so very helpful and kind, and even offered to update my license since I was already there. Sometimes interacting with government employees can be.... less than ideal- but this was really quite the opposite. 10/10

Wanted to send a big thank you to the amazing staff at the Bloomington location. My parents were very grateful for the help they received today. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to assist them with all their questions and concerns.

Very bad service. The security person that was Friday July 9,2021 at 1600 had a terrible attitude. I visited 2 service Ontario the same day. The first one in Alliston and the other in NewMarket, non of them told me that I have to make an appointment. There were 2 people in the building and I drove all the way from Alliston to renew my health card. I couldn’t do it because the security person wasn’t empathetic. All the other public institutions are FCFS why this one isn’t?

Arrived first thing in the morning without an appointment and was immediately helped. The lady behind the counter was absolutely delightful and sweet. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes.

Go anytime, you gotta wait for atleast 2hours.But it worth the wait as the staff is super nice and helpful here
