There were only two people ahead of me but I still had to wait 40 mins for a passport picture. After it got to my turn he was helping 2 other people in between. After 40 minutes waiting he tells me that their camera isn’t working and I should come back in an hour when the owner is in store because he’s at the doctors right now! This is so disappointing that they don’t value peoples time and don’t know any customer service. I used to get all my services done at this location for years but not going back anymore.

Very convenient for me. You can have your passport photo taken here, send money abroad, pick up or drop packages and print out stuff here. Service is great. I just hope they could answer the phone though. But overall I am satisfied with the products and services offered. Already have recommended this place to my friends at work and they think it is quite good.

I always come to this place. They have a lot of things such as taking photos, copy, scan and fax. Send FedEx, DHL. Send money world wide. Keys copy. Notary is also available.The boss is a nice man. Sometimes it get busy have to wait in queue so I prefer to go early in the morning.

Awful service. UPS has proof of delivery that they received the package, and they claim they don’t have it. Avoid at all costs.
