I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic technician named Mohammad, who replaced a faulty board in my furnace. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with him and the quality of his work.From the moment Mohammad arrived, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem with my furnace and he was patient with all of my questions. He also took the time to assess the situation thoroughly, making sure that he had a full understanding of what was going on before proceeding.Once Mohammad determined that the faulty board was the root cause of the issue, he took the time to find the right board. It can be a challenge to identify the correct part, but he persevered and ultimately found the perfect replacement. He was incredibly efficient and methodical in his approach, carefully removing the old board and installing the new one. Throughout the process, he took great care to ensure that everything was working properly, double-checking his work and testing the system before leaving.He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he took the time to offer some helpful tips on how to maintain my furnace and keep it running smoothly.Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Mohammad and the service he provided. I asked for a service and inspection of my gas furnace. Technician was prompt and professional explaining what he was doing with each component. Most important was he did not try to up sell additional parts or services. Price was what they estimated over phone and very reasonable.

Best Way installed a heat pump for us recently.Jafar, who oversaw the project, was diligent and knowledgeable in providing us with the proper combination of equipment and its quotation. Jafar was also very responsive and patient with us through a long waiting period for the equipment.When the equipment finally arrived, the technicians involved in the installation were all very professional and courteous, and the work was of high quality. So far, the heat pump is working well and we are happy with the results.

I had Jafar come by to inspect the gas fireplace in my mother's condominium. He did a thorough inspection and told me there was no work required to be done in my mother's unit and refused to take any payment for his efforts. He was clearly more interested in providing value for service than lining his own pockets. I am so glad I have found a trustworthy professional to look after my mother's fireplace and would strongly recommend that anyone who is considering maintenance and/or installation of a gas fireplace to consult with Jafar.

Very knowledgeable. Isolated problem and worked efficiently to address condensation trap problems on my high efficiency furnace. Did thorough cleaning of entire furnace. The price charged for his diligent work was very reasonable. He patiently answered all my questions so I could understand the operational issues and did so without wasting any time. We had Jafar and his assistant come to service our fireplaces and furnace we are very pleased with the result the fireplaces look like new! the one has to be replaced , there was no pressure he said he could fix it but wasn't sure how long it would last. We decided to replace it which we will get him to install and help us with. we would highly recommend Jafar and his team.
