I was told my car was going to arrive by June, now we’re in July. I called several times and left messages, still never got a single call from them. I went to a few other dealerships and already got A LOT better service then what I got here.

Updates: my WRX just reached 100,000km today, bought @29,000km at delearship. Aucun probleme! Just regular maintenance every 12,000km, great quality and built tough!2020: Quick response and action, able to deliver the car within 24 hours. The price is better than other places. The salesperson is bilingual and does the follow up. I really enjoy the WRX I bought from this dealership, the only concern is about the front bumper gap, hopefully can get it fixed soon.

I would like to thank 2 people here:1) Charles Philippe: He pushed hard and gave us the best deal for our old car while we leased a new one.2) Mathieu Lapointe: Our discussion started in a stressful way because of a misunderstanding, but he stayed calm and professional, clarified the situation from both point of views fairly, and resolved the issue. This is the worst customer service in the world. They don't believe you when you explain a problem. I've never been disrespected like that in my life. They never have the parts in stock and they make you come back over and over.

I agree with the review that says this dealership is accustomed to lying to their customers. We agreed to lease a car, and were told there was one available that would arrive in two weeks. Then, they told us 3 weeks or less. Now they say 4 or 5 weeks. Of course, they waited until AFTER we signed the agreement. I would avoid this dealership. I believe they knew all along that they didn't actually have the car ready.

Overall had a good experience with them. Although I wouldn't go for any of their cleaning offers unless it's a crazy good deal. Just a car wash and a very basic vacuum for 60.

Dealers are nice and polite. I went there to buy a used SUV and met Charles-Philippe who was very nice and patient. He showed me different SUVs and clearly explained me what would be my financial options :) Although, we didn't make the deal but I like to thank him.

Had my timing belt changed, Mario had it done in record time. Visit was awesome I would highly recommend Mario for any job on a Subaru.But there's always a but...I had a noise on the car and couldn't figure it out so took it in and they took my car for a test drive, then I get a charge for the test drive of 50$ plus fixing the problem. All done with Subaru Sherbrooke. I've been a client since the car was bought there new. Going elsewhere now. This new place doesn't charge for test drive " to figure out what it is. Hope they like that 50$ because that's the last time they find me there."
