Don’t bother wasting your time at this dealership. Just a warning. Lost 1 key and they forgot to give a secondary key. Due to them forgetting to give me that key losing one key costs approximately $2,000+ the sales representatives do not care about you. They’re focusing on their commission they receive and once you drive that vehicle away any problems they caused they don’t take responsibility for. Yes I lost the key but they forgot to give me the second key and won’t take responsibility for their mistake in this situation.

Oh my.Just drove by here and told my husband we should go here to buy our next vehicle.After reading these reviews, I no longer wish to do business with TMT Automotive

Salesman presented deal then the morning of our acceptance he called to say ... it was sold last night". Confirmed a few days later that it was still available. The ad is still up. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE"

Our family take all our cars to this auto shop and are always happy with their service. They have done an awesome job for me each time I have brought my car in for any repairs, great service, great new tire deals, reliable and timely.

Just went to TMT to look at their GLS63 as I need an upgrade from my 2021 E63s to something larger.Walked around with My GF and thinking people were busy. I looked into the showroom and well many were on their phones texting. I guess they must deal with their clients through text.Of note I was in a white Passat my rental but I guess I needed to come in more of a baller than a family manOh well off to Langley Mercedes I go.

Purchased a vehicle from Ethan and GD. Both were professional and respectful, they were great to deal with. They made the experience of buying a vehicle a pleasant one. Rick, the service manager, was knowledgeable and accommodating, he really made things easy for us. Make sure to ask for them if you go to TMT!

TMT Auto provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We traded in our truck for a car under the conditions the front bumper got re-painted as it was chipping. Upon purchasing the vehicle, staff were beyond pleasant and helpful but once they took our money; it was amazing how quick calls were going unanswered and not returned. We finally got ahold of a manager after our sales rep Ethan stopped returning our calls. Ethan told us to take the car to Toyota where they would fix the bumper. After talking to the Toyota service department, we were informed the car had been in an accident that TMT did not disclose. Toyota couldn’t help us and sent us back to TMT. The manager at TMT took the car in and provided us with a rental. We were told we would have the car back in a couple days. Each morning after dropping the car off to the dealership, we noticed it was still parked where we dropped it off. It did not leave for a week to go to the paint shop. They lied and said the appointment was made, but yet it still sat on their lot for a week not moving. We called the paint shop and confirmed there never was an appointment made for when we were told. When it finally got returned to us, we brought it home from the dealership and parked it out front. An hour of sitting in the sun and the paint already started to chip and peel off again. We called back to complain, brought the car back to TMT; this time having a chat with the owner. He assured us he would send the car to a better paint shop where we wouldn’t have the same problem happen again. This took another 2 weeks. When we went to pick up the car, we were promised the wheels would get re-finished as an apology on their end for all the previous errors. Months went by, an nobody ever followed up to book us an appointment. We ended up selling the car. We will NEVER use this dealership again and we suggest you don’t unless you want headaches. 1 star is being generous.
