I have seeing Dr. Neda Debaji for few years now. She is an excellent doctor. Very good bedside manners, very efficient and effective in patients care, she takes great care and put effort in planning ahead with the patients.

I had a dental cleaning today at 6 pm. The staff who has cleaned my teeth is amazing.She welcomed me very well. She is so friendly, responsible, accountable and compassionate. She cleaned my teeth wonderfully. She also advised me what I have to do to keep my teeth clean. She really made my day.For sure I will comeback again. Thanks for your awesome service.

My visit with Mayong earlier this week for a cleaning went very well. She is prompt, gentle and takes time to explain any procedures and how to improve my dental hygiene. Keep up the fantastic service. I highly recommend her and this dental clinic based on my personal experience and interaction with everyone. Thank you!

I'm disabled, and part of that disability involved having panic attacks when people get close to my face or put fingers in my mouth.I have Ativan for these situations, and the dentists and hygienists here were very understanding with me taking some as well as having my friend close to hold my hand to give tactile feedback.It was a lovely and swift visit.

One Star is more than enough!!!One of the staff is very rude and has offensive behavior.it was an Oweful customer service. I dont recommend at all to get service from this clinic.They send me an outstanding invoice for 2021 which is ridiculous and threatened me to follow with collection company if I don't pay!!!I have two coverage with Canada life and they were supposed to claims from insurance!!! But after 2 years they just informed me you have outstanding invoice!!!!They also messed up for my appointment, and they were trying to give me Starbucks gift card for their mistake.You guys are looser, because I already explained what happened to all of my friends and relatives who I recommend using your services before to change theirs clinic.You are losing more than 11 personsGood luck !!!

I've been going to Highgate dental for years and have generally had a good experience. On my last visit they informed me that my x-ray fees were not covered. They've always been covered before. I'm careful to not go over my insurance amount, so I'm not sure why they are trying to charge me now? I have a few visits coming up, so we shall see how this goes...

This is good place to get your gums butchered. In addition, fifteen months after appointment, they invoice us, even though at the time we had 100% coverage. Complete negligence and incompetence. Absolutely do not go here!June 20, 2023I don't mind some pain in my mouth. I happily went to another dentist. My problems is that you sent a bill to me for $355 fifteen months after I seen you. My wife and I had full coverage from the insurance. After reading some google reviews, I see this isn't the first time you pulled this.I find it bizarre that you would reply to my post at 1 am. Again, after looking at the other google reviews, it might explain why you were late to some appointments.I called highgate dental and explained the issue. After being put on hold for ten minutes, the clerk told me someone would call me back and had to hang up as there were people in line. And you have the audacity to give me the phone number after I already called and been treated like this? Complete incompetence!I want you to admit that you made a mistake and send the bill stamped paid to my address. If you don't do this by Friday, I am going to escalate this.I think the Government needs to audit your books and expose your shady business practices.

I've been coming to high gate dental since I was 18 and even though I moved to Surrey I have not relocated to a different dentist because HG dental always has gone above and beyond with their client service and are always so flexible and accommodating and it's rate to find that these days. As well as a clean and sanitary office. I've been to other places where it was so dirty and unsanitary so this matters a lot
