Had a great experience as I needed a guardianship document notarized. They were very helpful, professional and so accommodating especially when we were late due to traffic/train. Lucy was no longer available but Camilla stepped in to assist us. I would highly recommend them.

I wish I could give this business zero stars...After months of emails back and forth and me sending everything they requested, I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was greeted with confusion, needless to say after waiting for an hour with no word, I finally ask what is going on, next thing is I am getting excuses about why things are not ready to go. SO disappointed...Would highly NOT recommend this business...For an industry that charges such ridiculous fees you should be able to expect at least a speck of professionalism.

Called this office 4 times in the past couple months to arrange an ongoing relationship for notary services I need each month. I had to do the follow up calls since they never called me back, at least not until I shared my discontent and expressed how important it was to get back to prospective customers. Alas, later that day one of the staff did call me back but by then I had already made arrangements with another notary nearby just over the bridge in Langley. That experience was the polar opposite. Called and was immediately received warmly and informed of their pricing and process. Appointment was booked for the next day. I was in and out of that appt. within 15 minutes with an account setup with preferred rates to support my ongoing needs. That my friends is how business is done. Put processes in place, empower your staff to advise prospective clients and make sure you call them back!!!

With a warm, caring attitude and a sense of humour to match, Lucy manages to bring a humanity to a profession that could be really grey! She went above and beyond to accommodate our group of teens who are travelling without parents and needed travel documents notarized. She met with us on a Sunday afternoon, at our premises, just to make things easier for us, which is a level of service to her community that I haven't seen before.I highly recommend Lucy for all your notary needs!

MacDonald Meechan Notaries is the best in our area!! I am a local Mortgage Broker who refers all my local clients to this Notary! They not only handle my clients for their purchases and refinances, but they also handle all of my personal Notary needs as well including my will! Nicole and Lucy (the Notaries) are amazing and so is the rest of their team in the office! You will not be disappointed in choosing them for anything you need. They are the best in the business!! I used Nicole MacDonald notary three years ago when purchasing a home in Kelowna. I decided to use them again when selling and purchasing this year and travelled from Kelowna because I had such a great experience. My closing dates for both properties were different but the staff went above and beyond by having documents ready for both so I wouldn't have to make another trip out to Pitt Meadows. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, even with bringing two little tired kids into a quiet office. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using Nicole MacDonald notary again in the future!
