Adam is amazing and very knowledgeable at what he does. He was able to do an overhaul of my neighbors and my system and repurpose some of the system. One thing I've learned for this install - DO NOT GO FOR THE LOWEST QUOTE. Adam will price it fairly and provide exceptional service and recommendations/solutions for what you're trying to achieve. He won't sell you things you don't need.If you're working on a project, engage him before you landscape. His suggestions could save you tons of money on parts/install but also in water.

We had Adam come to our house from Xquisite Property Services to look at our existing system that another contractor had installed 2 yrs prior. The exiting system was not installed at the proper depth and was damaged in multiple locations when I used an aerator in the Spring.Adam discussed the options and we ended up putting in a new Rainbird system with WIFI. Adam showed up on the week we had agreed upon and installed the new system ensuring minimal disruption to the lawn and ensuing excellent water coverage (4 additional heads were added compared to the old system), along with the lines installed at the proper depth.This is now the 2nd year with the system, our lawn looks like Ireland and no longer has dry patches where the old system had coverage issues. The WIFI capability of the system allows full programming anywhere internet connection is available.Adam also comes out to perform the winter closure and is available via text if I ran into any issues. We recently changed our WIFI router and noticed the date was not syncing on the Rainbird app. I sent Adam a quick text who replied to me the same day with a solution. Fixed the issue right away.I would not hesitate to recommend Xquisite Property Services for you irrigation needs. Very impressed and love the system.

We worked with Xquisite Property Service on a commercial sodding job. Adam was very easy to deal with and he aligned the time we removed the grass with the same time he did the sprinkler system. He works very efficiently and focuses a lot on the small details. Will definitely be using them again

Xquisite was a very reliable company to work with. They fixed my Sprinkler system and added up to date sprinkler heads to make the system more economical. We also used their services for some lighting in our front yard to finish off our summer project. We highly recommend this company and will be using this company again in the future.Sandy
