After waiting 2 months for the appointment with Dr.Ramdhani, their office called to rebook it again. Frustrated we cancelled. Very unprofessional. Our kids chronic cough was the reason we wanted to see a pediatrician. Unfortunately we now have to get a referral for a different doctor and wait again.Responding to your response... July 18 did not work as I will be going in for a c-section 3 days prior. How do you expect me to come in 3 days after surgery with a newborn? I asked you to book me in any day from July 6-July 13 but you had 0 appointments available.And yes, I will put in a review whether its good or bad. Everyone has a right to do so in order to let others know. I also told you that I will be putting in this review. We can keep going. Have a good day though! Hopefully he's a better doctor than the other reviews claim him to be on other sites.

We were told to come at 11:30 am .our appointment was with dr. Sunira Singh. We noted down the timings when it was told. After going there the receptionist told it was @ 9.00 . Am I looking like a fool to her to go there at 11:30 in the hot sun with my 6 year old in metro and 15 mins of walk in the sun. Very pathetic experience. And the next appointment is after 4 months. We booked a week before for the appointment they told the power is not working in the building and has to reschedule. Then we said ok even if it was not our fault. And now this thing happened after a week. We noted the timings on a paper properly. The receptionist is responsible for noting down the timings properly and communicating the same to the patients properly. They don’t even have any msg or email system too to send the timings of appointment to the patients. If any person is in emergency need please don’t trust this hospital. They might turn you back after going to the hospital and gives appointment after 6 months too. This is ridiculous. Now I have to wait for another doctor. Tell your physicians to give you another good pediatrician. May be the doctor here is good but your case might be serious too and if this kind of situation arouses then it will be tough for you. Go to another good pediatrician is what I suggest.
