Excellent service clean friendly nice vehicles, my ride was accidentally cancelled and they showed up just in case as they couldn't get ahold of me!

I have used this service several times. Overall experience has been pleasant. However, cab often does not arrive on time. Drivers most of the time do call to inform they will be late. Drivers have been friendly and their cars are clean.

This is definitely the best way to get a higher end taxi service. Almost like your private driver and car. Driver was informative and kind. Car was clean and new. Driver was early. Stress free. The app is excellent for up to date information and confidence. Absolutely will continue to use this company . Two thumbs up!!

Booked online, one hour in advance. Needed two cars for a group. Quick, professional response by email. Driver called when they arrived, 5 minutes early, for pickup. Comfortable, clean cars, great drivers.

I really love their service. I always did pre-bookings and they were 5-10 minutes early. They really value customer. Very friendly and knowledgeable drivers. I highly recommend.

I called this company at 1:08 pm, requiring a 10 min ride to the airport. The controller said the wait time would be 15 to 20 min. At 1:35 I called back and the controller said another 5 min. I had called Unicity at 1:25 and Duffy's at 1:40. Duffy's and Unicity showed up at 2 pm, My Cab never did. I missed my flight. I'll never call them again.

Never again!!! After promising to pick me up no later than 3 AM for my ride to the airport, no one showed up and no one called. By 3:15 I was starting to panic. I tried calling their phone number only to be greeted with a recording and no way to leave a message. So I called for an Uber and it arrived within 15 minutes and I made it just in time to catch my flight. Whew!!!

This company has gone downhill. I ordered a cab 3 days in advance and they sent the cab the day before instead of the actual date I requested. Waiting at the airport 12:30 am in the morning for them. Not cool and they used to be so reliable. No longer and don't use them. This is the 3rd time where they got the dates wrong. 3 strikes and you're out.

The company was good for showing up on time but when the flight was delayed he charged me for the time he waited, then when he picked up my daughter he had a long list of reasons for the trip that should have costed only $40 for the trip, I would have even gone for $45 but he charged $60. He was a nice driver but I probably won't call them again after that. I get that gas rates are high but $60? Sorry I was not impressed with the fare amount, I was disappointed and should have went with a different cab, I just wanted to try a different cab company as I use unicity most of the time. This is a green company, I assume that their vehicles are all green and safe for the environment,? Anyways, too pricey and to charge a customer for the wait, is not acceptable for me. I have taken unicity and they don't charge me that much to get to and from the airport even with dogs cause we also had 2 dogs in a large kennel.

My experience as a customer with Greencity was excellent. Today I booked Greencity to drive me from my home to my medical appointment. The cab came slightly ahead of my pickup time. In conversation with the cab driver I indicated that I would like Greencity to drive me back home from my appointment but could not give them an exact time for my pickup. I gave the cab driver an estimated one-half hour block of time when I anticipated to be finished with my appointment. After my appointment I called Greencity and was surprised that their cab was already waiting for me in front of the clinic. Needless to say I was very impressed with Greencity's service not to mention their courteous drivers who drove the shortest distance to my destinations.
