purchased an automatic car wash and it missed many steps. tried contacting their email but no response so they essentially stole my money. im a long time customer so that's really disappointing

My card was over charged by 4.00 when I paid for my express wash. I recieved a reciept stating that they do not provide change at this location but I didn't pay with cash! I will not be returning and will file a complaint with the Bbb

It’s alright when it works. Most of the time at least one or two bays are closed due to issues. Had the automatic car wash take my money and stop working while waiting to enter. Tried calling them and voicemail is full, no one answers. Sent an email and no response (2 weeks later). I’d go elsewhere if you can but it’s alright if you want to risk possibly having money taken from you for no reason.

Paid for the best car wash, car comes out dirty. Some spots of the car not even touched with water or soap. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning.

great place to wash your car.with three options. drive threwor my personal favorite was my own car.can use a debit card. very convenient.third, you can even. bring your dog for a wash. that I've yet to try.always clean. also vacuums and plenty of parking to dry off your vehicle or minor detailing. I love this place.

Would give higher stars but their billing system for the auto wash is messed up. Their system charged 17$ for the 15$ wash I selected and was credited 2$? This was with their tap to pay. I’m seeing other similar reviews. Check your receipts folks. And owner: fix your system

Paid for a ultimate car wash. The drive through gave me a basic wash. Not happy about this. No one on site and phone goes straight to a full mailbox. Want my money back.

Water is filtered and clean, probably one of the best self-serve car wash places in town. The parking is very small so when it does get busy, there's sometimes no room to park the car and dry off.

Used the dog wash multiple times and the last two times the dryer hasn’t worked and there’s been no shampoo or conditioner when using the settings on the machine. When these features are all working correctly the dog wash is a great place to clean your pet but considering these two instances were over a month apart I was expecting them to have the issue resolved. The quality it’s delivering at the moment you might as well wash your dog at home and save $15 or find a different local pet wash facility.

This was my go-to car wash for the longest time but it has fallen into a state of disrepair in the last few months. Machines are often not working and equipment is occasionally broken. My biggest gripe is with regards to the credit card readers in the self serve stalls which have seized to function in a number of stalls.Edit: I have just noticed that the machine in the self serve stall charged me an extra $5. Will not be returning.
