PERFECT DAYCARE

At first things we're good. My son loved the main teacher that runs the daycare. They were well informed that my son has a gluten allergy and was being assessed for autism. Yet they have little to no knowledge of either of these conditions and how to work with them with out my direction.which I know just my own experience. The other day one of the teachers pushed my son out of his comfort zone and routine when he was already upset why push him more ? then she grabbed him by the arm to make him go where she wanted. He was upset , out of routine and has sensory sensitivities to being touched and she violated his boundaries. I brought it up to the main teacher I deal with that runs the daycare and her response was anything but professional. I didn't feel she took my concern seriously as her response was sure' and "sure I will take to her" ok...... so I asked what is there policy and or procedures to deal with concerns after she tells me what a great teacher the other woman was and so forth no apology or accountability and i felt like she tried to tell me I was just taking it the wrong way umm no I later realized I was quite disturbed by how she treated my son and no it was not ok! yet i was able to see that he had calmed down once he seen the other kids. bottom line I got no reply or answer to my questions. That is a huge red flag for me. So after no response I am removing my son from their care. Update they were put under investigation and visited by the licensing officer."

The staff are amazing, very attentive and have done wonders for the development of our daughter. We started her there at 13 months and she loves it, she comes home tired everyday from playing and interacting with all the other kids all day. We highly recommend this daycare for anyone looking for childcare.

The team is so warm and welcoming and caring. It really shows they enjoy spending time with children. They are responsive to parents questions, keep them involved, and have excellent communication methods while parents are away. The centre itself is clean, bright, airy, and spacious. I am glad this centre is in the heart of town and I would recommend to anyone searching for child care.

We have only been there since September 1st but so far we love what we see. My little girl is happy to go there in the morning and is happily playing when I pick her up.

We feel very fortunate to have found such a warm and wonderful daycare. It has been amazing to watch our kid learn and grow through the PERFECT DAYCARE. The dedicated staff, combined with fun and educational classroom structure, has truly made a positive impact on our family. We couldn’t imagine our kid going anywhere else!”

Perfect Daycare for your little ones indeed. The staffs are very courteous, considerate and helpful. They are very good with the kids and get to know them and their progress through the years.This daycare is recommended for those looking for daycare and out of school care for the children. Kudos....
