Britannia Heights Veterinary Clinic

We adopted our chocolate lab, Cora, in December 2021. I chose Britannia Heights Vet Clinic due to location as it's in our neighbourhood, I'm so happy with the care we have received here! The staff is a dream and Cora loves going in to the clinic. With COVID protocols she would happily go off at the door with a wagging tail and come back equally as happy.Today was the first time I was in the clinic since restrictions have lifted and the care & attention is A+.Cost is comparable to other vet clinics in city, we went to a different clinic with our previous dog.

Top notch skill and service! Dr. Torabi rearranged a busy schedule to accommodate an emergency surgery for my dog. Excellent follow-up care and the technicians and assistants are awesome. The vet and staff are always helpful and take amazing care of my cat and dog whenever we are in for annual checkups, vaccines, or any unexpected health issues that need attention. Highly recommended!

After being contacted by the vet for my dogs annual checkup, we discussed about what he needs for shots and what was optional, we had an agreed upon plan of the exam, heartworm test and flea and tick meds. My wife being free that day took my dog to the vet. My wife contacted me at work to say he had all his shots and he was fine. I said that he wasn't getting any shots. The vet upgraded the exam to an exam with vaccinations an extra charge, and they added 4 vaccines which I never agreed too at an extra charge. Now they don't want to give me my money back.Beware of this place, they run a scam to drive the prices up.I will be taking this as far as I have to go to get my money back.

Absolute robbery at this clinic. My dog needed about 2 inches worth of stitches and I was quoted $2500! She just had an major op elsewhere and it cost us $1250.....Even with you in the room you can see/hear the vet whispering to the assisant to add this, that and the other all while getting the side eye from the assisant. Ridiculous.

My son and daughter in-law, recently switched over and seem to be satisfied so far.

Brought my pug Marley for a checkup and for an eye infection got recommended some antibiotics and it cleared up perfectly thank you so much highly recommended :)

The staff are welcoming and fantastic! They handle everything that comes their way with a positive and professional attitude - whether it's handling my complex needs dog, spaying two of my other animals, medication refills, urgent appointments, and more - they are terrific. Their love and passion for animals is evident!

Very caring and intelligent people, low rates for services and just overall good service. I had to have my cat put down, and they were nothing be amazing towards my family and I. Thank you BHVC team❤
