We hired Brian to scrape the textured ceilings of our stairwell which is surprisingly hard to find someone for! He was amazing to deal with and highly professional.If you’re indecisive about whether you can do a job yourself or if you need help just hire Brian. He has all the tools to do the job and will complete it before you’ve even taken the first step.Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Fixed a major FU from anther contractor that we had hired. Brian came in took control, fixed all the other guys mistakes. Then completely redid everything the RIGHT way.We are so happy with our heated bathroom flooring and tile work.He has amazing work ethic and he pays attention too details.Highly recommended....

He installed the kitchen countertops . Very professional and polite. He really knows his work, very capable. He cleaned the areas as he worked. Left us with beautiful countertops that fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this man and his business

I can’t express how pleased that I am with the work that Brian and his assistant Emma did. I hunted around trying to find someone that would take on my drywall repairs as most companies prioritize larger jobs. Even though their schedule was jammed and Brian had a new little family member arrive , I was fit into the schedule. The job was finished in a timely manner. Emma arrived promptly each day and got the drywall up in no time. I had some plumbing work done and replaced some cabinetry. I would (and I will ) call on BLC Renovations anytime. Lovely and trustworthy to work with!

We had Brian renovate our bathroom/dining room. He had to completely update the bathroom entirely, move a wall, make new door frames, setup new interior doors, update plumbing completely. He did an amazing job! Everything turned out better than expected!!Brian is very organized, clean, resourceful, polite, knowledgeable, great attention to detail and easy to work with.We are very happy and would recommend Brian and his business to anyone.Thank you Brian for everything!

We enlisted Brian at BLC Home Renovations to redo our basement bathroom and family room at our 4-season cottage. Fantastic from start to finish. The communication was excellent and we felt at ease during the whole process. We had to dig up the basement floor and foundation to allow for waterproofing and new installation of a sump pump, and Brian expertly adapted to the schedule of the plumber and waterproofers. Then, new floor and drywall - excellent craftsmanship. Thanks Brian!
