Actually a very nice place for a high quality Thai drink. The place is mega clean, the service is friendly and fast and most importantly the drinks are amazing. Absolutely we will come back.

Update: March2021Husband and me found the HAPPY HOUR!!! 2 for $4+.So far this place is better than the Teaespressu cz all their gels are all softer and if stored it doesn't go stale and harden.Too pricey but good. It might not be healthy of course.Bought brown sugar. My husband sipped the first half and when I got to it there was not much left.

Another new store! First time here, their signature brown sugar pearl got the great taste of brown sugar & chewy which I like. I ordered red tea latte, not bad but I’d prefer a more strong taste of tea flavor. Great environment, bright and clean. Some parking spots are just outside on the road, pretty convenient.

Best tasting pearls and flavor. My kids love the bunny yogurt strawberry smoothie slush with Sakura and their signature brown sugar pearl. Been to different locations and they all taste the same. Some employees are friendlier than others and I've received errors on my orders here and there but it's ok they always try to make up for it.

My 10 year old daughter decided she wanted to treat us to some bubble tea out of her own pocket. She's been offering to chip in or even treat us completely with her own money ever since she was about 4 years old. I truly believe that we won the baby lottery" because our daughter is sweeter

Really good bubble tea at comparable prices to other places. The space is really clean and bright, and has a cool mix of modern and traditional decor. Staff aren’t friendly but aren’t rude either.Seating is pretty limited and they’re basically just low riding stools with some table space. Cool thing is that you get to see the bubbles being made in this huge iron pot which is fun. Drinks came quite quickly and the space is pretty open to hangout if you wanted to.Definitely check out their classic brown sugar bubble tea - instagram worthy indeed!

I had the WORST cup of beverage in my life last night. I ordered mango green tea with lychee coconut jelly (minimal sugar level), I waited for quite a while to get my drink. It was in yellow color！I knew it would be made by artificial mango flavor, but I felt like drinking the coughing syrup, and it had a bitter aftertaste. I tried my best to finish one-third, but can't really get one more sip. Won't visit again for sure. Forgot to take a picture.

Tried lots of bubble tea places. I came here and ordered their signature brown sugar pearl milk tea. The taste of the milk tea here is definitely the best. The pearls were too chewy for me, but others might like them. Pretty good value for the price. Was a bit disappointed that you can’t adjust the sugar level for this drink but the default sweetness is just right imo
