Best service I've had yet!! Marco was great to deal with. He showed me before and after photos, took his time and even pulled out the furnace blower to clean the inside. It was very dirty. Marco is very professional and knowledgeable. We Will definitely book with pro vent services in the future and have recommended to a few family members and friends. Thanks again Marco!

My wife and I are new to home ownership and this was the first time we've had vent cleaning done, and it was one of the most thoroughly pleasant experiences I've had with any type of service. Marco was not only knowledgeable and thorough at his work but also happy to share his knowledge and provide education that was appreciated as a new home owner. Strongly recommend Marco at Pro Vent Services! Right at the beginning, he was a great communicator with well priced services compared to the other local companies. On time, organized and ready to go, upon arrival, he made sure to explain to me the full process. During the duct / vent cleaning of my whole house, he remained very professional and efficient. At the end, he made sure to clean up diligently all areas he worked on (so the whole house). 5 stars ⭐️ for sure!

We were referred to Marco by True North Heating & Cooling in advance of our annual HVAC service this month. Marco was great to deal with - responsive, willing to go the extra mile (including re-attaching the vent that detached from the sub-floor in our ensuite, saving us the hassle of having to get someone else in to repair it). He took before and after videos on his phone to show the difference, which I've never had anyone do before but sure appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate referring Pro Vent to family and friends!
