Just went to the store, walked around and around even stood still by the counter and waited. I didn't get an acknowledgment from any staff or even a simple hello and welcome. I saw two employees walk to the back for a break and the other two were pretending to be doing paperwork. The parking lot was empty. Must be some laundry machines running in the back.

They advertise great discounts but when you go there they say 10% off

Sale experience was good but the product is bad, the delivery guys put it down in the middle of our room and left with their muddy boots, the arm is broken and we have to pay to take it back or take it back on our own

needed a washer TODAY...they had one! thank you very much...i was able to take it with me...nice not having to WAIT these days...needed to call be instruction...LOL...hoses are attached, who knew...lol...thank you lovely GE washer. Great service...thanks

Bought a bedroom set with bed frame and dressers.Bed frame had a pretty big scratch on it, and the manufacturer placed a sticker over the scratch so it’s obvious the damage was seen but ignored.The bed frame felt very flimsy as well and sure enough one of the box spring supports snapped the first night.Very frustrating to pay for something and on the first night have to think about repairs.Then I was told to reach out to their service department and ask about the one year warranty. I did and the Lady I spoke with was very condescending and did not seem like she wanted to help me at all. She told me to send pictures and I did. I called a week later and she told me she did not hear back from the manufacturers yet and that she would call me when she did. I am still waiting….Nothin fancy it’s all in the name.

FRUSTRATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Purchased a GE dishwasher from Nothin' Fancy in late 2019 which due to Covid has been stored indoors for 2 years. Was finally able to have it installed in late 2021 by an appliance technician. In the 4-5 months that we have been using the dishwasher, the door latch has broken no less than three (3) times in the past 6 weeks. I called the Bridgewater location who gave me the owner's contact information, who then gave me the service manager's contact information, who then gave me the GE 1-800 number. Well, 4 phone calls later and apparently nothing can be done. I understand the item was purchased in 2019 and has a 1 year warranty from date of purchase, but come on, any reasonable person would acknowledge that this item is a LEMON. I'm now left with a dishwasher that the appliance technician refuses to fix AGAIN, that I can't get any parts for until mid 2023 and a manufacturer/seller who won't make good on a product they make/sell. My advise...SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS ELSEWHERE AND SPEND IT ON ANOTHER BRAND.

Years ago my husband and I went to the Bridgewater store for advice and info on a new mattress. Unfortunately no one on staff that day could tell us much of anything, they didn't even know the prices, total disappointment. My bigger complaint right now are the ANNOYING COMMERCIALS!!! And so many people agree, that voice makes me want to smash my television to make it GO AWAY!!! Please find a different voice for your commercials, thanks!!!

Definitely won't return here for any furniture needs. At first we were impressed but as a few months passed we realized that everything that we purchased was made cheaply and are already starting to fall apart. If we only paid $100 we would understand but when you spend thousands it is unacceptable and the staff should have warned that what we were purchasing was junk.

I ordered a coach and love seat 2 months ago and was told it would be there in 2 weeks, well it's 2 months and still no coach and love seat and the items are paid for, there's always a excuse as to why it hasent arrived. When I call my local store to inquire about my order the shelly gets very rude and disrespectful. I will never purchase from nothin fancy again.Update I am now told I'm a liar by Shelly in the Bridgewater store, I'm floored by the lack of respect and customer service, never in my life have I been treated this bad by a sales person
